 New York City man has been arrested on terrorism charges accusing him of expressing support for a truck attack in Times Square like the one by the Islamic State group in France.

A criminal complaint filed Monday in federal court in Brooklyn says Mohamed Rafik Naji traveled in 2015 to Turkey and Yemen in an attempt to fight for the group.

It says that in an intercepted conversation earlier this year, he told an unnamed associate that the Islamic State group wants to conduct an "operation" in Times Square. It says he referenced how a cargo truck plowed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in Nice, killing dozens.

On June 2nd 2016: A five year old mentally challenged girl was at the FAWNBROOK apartment buildings where both her parents and grandmother reside.  She was playing in between those two apartment units when 3 boys (from Middle Eastern refugee families, ages 8, 10, 13)  pulled a knife on her, held it to her throat, forced her into the laundry unit, stripped her naked, raped, and urinated on her.  The 13 year old “coached” the younger boys as he videoed. Due to age restraint the boys could not ejaculate but did urinate on her.

The media and local politicians attempted to cover up the story and stifle local activists.

Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs did confirm that the incident was reported on June 2, and that two juvenile suspects were finally charged Thursday and arrested a day later. Terrorist in Mississippi

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) — A Mississippi man who tried to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State group is scheduled to be sentenced on terrorism charges.

Muhammad Dakhlalla of Starkville pleaded guilty in March to one count of conspiring to provide material support to a terrorist organization. U.S. District Judge Sharion Aycock will decide his sentence Wednesday in Oxford, Mississippi.

Dakhlalla faces up to 20 years in prison, $250,000 in fines and lifetime probation.

Jaelyn Young, his onetime fiancée, was sentenced to 12 years in prison earlier this month. Prosecutors have said Young, who converted to Islam while studying at Mississippi State University, prodded Dakhlalla into the plan. She considered disguising their journey as a honeymoon.

The two were arrested in 2015 trying to depart the Columbus, Mississippi, airport for Istanbul.

The FBI has launched a terror probe into a weekend stabbing in Virginia — which may have been an ISIS-inspired beheading attempt, according to a report.

Wasil Farooqui of Roanoke County allegedly stabbed a man and a woman with a knife Saturday evening as they were entering an apartment building in Roanoke, police said.

Authorities believe Farooqui, 20, may have been trying to decapitate the male victim, whom he likely targeted at random at The Pines Apartments, sources told ABC News.

He shouted “Allahu akbar” — Arabic for “God is great” — during the assault, but was fought off by the man, officials said.

He was arrested later when he sought treatment at the same hospital where the victims were taken, the Washington Post reported.

“Both were attacked with a knife and severely injured,” Roanoke police said in a statement about the victims, who identified the suspect to cops.

The victims were identified as Karih Rezai and Taramati Harold, The Roanoke Times reported.

The feds have had Farrooqui on their radar for a while, ABC News reported. He has traveled to Turkey in the past year and may also have tried to enter Syria, where ISIS is recruiting jihadists, the network reported.

Queensland state Deputy Police Commissioner Steve Golleschewski told a news conference on Wednesday the attacker twice screamed the Islamic praise for God during the frenzy.
'Initial inquiries indicate that comments which may be construed of being as of an extremist nature were made by the alleged offender,' Deputy Commissioner Gollschewski said.
'It is alleged that the suspect used the phrase "Allahu Akbar" during the attack and when arrested by police.

Oseguera-Gonzalez pleaded not guilty to three counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted murder Tuesday in Marion County Superior Court.
However, he acknowledged to authorities in an interview that he shot four people, according to a probable cause statement.
The victims were identified as Ruben Rigoberto-Reyes, 60; Edmundo Amaro-Bajonero, 26; and Katie Gildersleeve, 30, of Logsden.

Mrs Holloway wrote: “Luton Borough Council is usually particularly aware of matters of cultural sensitivity.

“I trust therefore that you will fully understand that, given the large and devout Muslim population in this area of the borough, there is naturally a high level of religious and cultural opposition to such a business among these residents which needs to be respected, in my view.”

The PCC, who said that the application had caused “widespread offence and very deep concern”, added her concerns that if Greenhouse was handed the licence “a number of potential policing issues may arise”.

The fourth footnote is the link to a Tweet of a Banks fan, which Banks herself retweeted, calling for people to go to Palin’s home in Alaska and steal her hair to make a voodoo doll.

“Azealia begins calling her friends in Alaska in search of way to get one of Sarah Palin’s hairs for a voodoo doll,” the Tweet that Banks retweeted reads.

When Twitter was confronted with violent, harassing tweets, they stated that those tweets were not in violation of their terms. Yet many Conservative users have been banned or unverified or 'sandboxed.'

An Iraqi migrant has admitted to raping a ten year old boy in a Viennese swimming pool so ferociously that the boy had to be hospitalised for his injuries. The man said he knew it was wrong but couldn’t help himself as he hadn’t had sex in months.

Police investigators have ascertained that the 20 year old man entered Austria on the 13th September, travelling into the country via the Balkans.

On the December 2nd he brutally attacked the young boy, pulling him into a changing cubicle, pulling down his swimming trunks and assaulting him. Although the boy cried out he was not heard by anyone, Kronen Zeitung has reported.

The judge in Texas ordered 24-year-old Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan to be held without bond as he faces charges of trying to provide support to the Islamic State group.

Al Hardan, who speaks Arabic and used an interpreter in court, said he lives in a Houston-area apartment, is married and has a child. He said he earns about $1,800 per month, but did not say his occupation.

He is Palestinian, born in Iraq, according to investigators.

The complaint says after arriving in the United States as a refugee in October 2012, Al-Jayab resided in Tucson, Arizona and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Travel, bank and electronic communications records show he lived in Milwaukee in early November 2013.
He was arrested (Thursday, January 7th) on a federal charge of making a false statement involving international terrorism. Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab, 23, is charged in a criminal complaint that was unsealed (Thursday, January 7th) in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California following his arrest. He is in custody and will be making an initial appearance Friday (January 8th) in federal court in Sacramento at 2:00 p.m.

He first began to reside in Sacramento upon his return from Syria in late January 2014.
